Overall, it's a great spot for nature lovers and families, but some improvements are needed in smoking policies.

Ope, the lush gardens around the hotel were somethin’ special—sittin’ by the pool, watchin’ the little loros fly by, was a real treat. The staff were super helpful, lettin’ us use the pool even after checkout. Just wish they had more folks servin’ drinks by the poolside!

The dining experience disappoints. the restaurant food lacks quality and variety, and some guests have reported unwelcoming service during breakfast hours. Additionally, security seems lacking, as guests experienced intrusions due to doors that didn't lock properly, which is concerning for safety.

The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our Junior Suite had a beautiful balcony with a hot tub, which added a lovely touch to our experience. The complex features various tropical plants and Big Ara parrots, enhancing the natural beauty of the atmosphere. I enjoyed the peaceful view of the garden from my room, providing a nice escape.

Some noise from nearby units could occasionally disrupt tranquility.

Just a decent option for a temporary stay in Palenque with great value. The room had a nice hammock which was pleasant. Remember to ask about the transportation to nearby sites as it's quite convenient.

Spacious double room with AC and private bathroom. Loved the hammock on the terrace! We enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool and spa facilities like the massage and hot tub. The grounds are amazing with howler monkeys just around, really makes you feel in the jungle!
